"today in the bay's" sharon katsuma is there. ymca says they did a thorough backgrou background check, baugh at the same time he seems to have a criminal past. >> reporter: that's right. he worked here as a summer camp counselor. authorities eventually found him in phoenix last week. the u.s. marshal service arrested 24-year-old evidence vonn, known as devon blanchard in arizona. he's accused of molesting three young campers during field trips this past summer, accused of fondling three girls while he worked here. blanchard is accused of sending sexually explicit videos to the girls and trying to get them to do the same. kids who sent their kids to the camp are wondering how he passed a background check for employment. >> there's only that someone could have screened, a counselor from doing that. maybe he snuck under the screening process. someone who sees something, they ought to speak up. i would if i were a counselor. >> the y says the director called police when another counselor voiced concern about blanchard. in a statement ymca
