the man accused of crashing into a south bay walmart, then attacking cut me aattacking customers expected to face a judge this morning. arturo santiago live with details. >> reporter: 33-year-old hamid zaed is scheduled to face a judge just after 9:00 this morning. he is currently being held on $200,000 bail. he is accused of violently disrupting a peaceful easter sunday morning by driving his car into the parking lot of the walmart super center on story road and running into a couple of cars. police say he then drove through the front entrance of the store ending up some 30 feet inside. he allegedly got out of his car and started attacking people inside the walmart with some kind of a metal bar. four people were hurt and sent to the hospital from that attack. others were able to wrestle him to the ground and hold him there. >> no one in the parking lot was hit by this person. only four people inside the store were acosted. so it's just really kind of an easter miracle. >> reporter: police say he was under the influence of drugs on sunday. he has been in custody in the santa clara county jail since he was arrested. the charges that he faces are four counts of assault with a deadly weapon
