ago theabout 20 minutes bomb squad left the building behind me after determining there was nothing suspicious. four hours there was a huge police presence of the station after a bomb threat was made. the call came in at 6:30 p.m. tonight. the emergency communications center located in the courthouse phone calleceived a saying there was a bomb inside the building. preliminaryget a head, something suspiciously thought was inside the building. the bomb squad was called into e.vestigat the 911 center had to be relocated because of the investigation. after a thorough investigation they determined everything was safe. now they are the process of moving the communications back to this building. they are also trying to figure out where that automated phone thatcame from that made bomb threat. that is a pretty difficult phone call to trace. they are going to do their best to determine where it came from. a bomb threat did shut down the arlington county police station tonight. everything is safe. also tonight, bracing for a big chill. temperatures set to drop while you are asleep. nelson potential snow

today's jobs report could tell a theabout the stability of economy. -- we will give you the numbers onith expert analysis. that is our latest bloomberg business flash. speaking of jobs, let's get more with michael darda. he is our guest of the hour. what number would tell us that the fed was right, that it was ok to make the first increase? i am not sure we will get that knowledge today. what i will be looking for is a continued slowdown in the six month moving average. we are right around 200,000. that is usually a good guess for where the underlying trend is, but we were running at 280 last year. there seems like an underlying slowing. the fed wants an underlying slowing, and unfortunately they will end up with more than they bargained for. we may not see that in the numbers until midyear. at that point it may be too late. vonnie: underlying slowing could be a good sign because it could -- that we are michael: if payrolls are slowing on the back of nominal gdp growth, there is a 200 basis point slowdown from where we were in 2014. the fed things that is temporary. if it turns out tha
