"the washington post" paints the two actions between the two men in greater detail. that officer lane with gun drawn shouted at him to show his hands. at one point floyd began to start sobbing, tapping on the steering wheel and holding up his hands. according to the video footage mr. floyd said, quote, i'm sorry, i'm sorry, what i didn't do nothing, what did we do, mr. officer? he appeared to become more anxious telling the officers he was cos claustrophobic. the officers eventually pulled george floyd down onto the pavement and h

north carolina cal cunningham 7.4 million versus 2.6 million for thom tillis, the incumbent.ckenlooper another governor rap for president now running for senate, 5.2 compared to 3.6. this shows the incredible energy on the democratic side in some of the key raises. just to put this in perspective, let's look at what happened in the last arizona senate race. you may recall after -- you may recall that martha mcsally also ran in that race against kyrsten sinema, who ultimately won. the left, the dark blue bars are how much money was raised this time around and last time using the second quarter cutoff. last time mcsally -- the two candidates together raised $16.3 million. this time they've raised 73.4. and in order, they have already raised roughly double what they raised for the entire cycle last time so far in this campaign. if you look at the impact that's had on spending, can you see last time around the candidates together had only spent $9 million, and so far they've spent $39.4 million. again, more than the entirety of what they spent in the course of the last campaign.

the notion that cory gardner or thom tillis or joni ernst or martha mcsally or john cornyn is too afraidnts can't commute sentences of people who are lying to protect them. and threatening witnesses to protect them. this is not complicated. and i, i said over the weekend and i believe it, i believe the republicans will lose the senate over this and they deserve to. >> neal katyal, claire reminds us of what roger stone's crimes were. can you pick up on her thread and just share some thoughts about the very essence of what he did was to lie to protect the president. >> exactly. and so, you know, that is, i think claire is 100% right. the essence of a criminal conspiracy is an agreement of the minds to do something unlawful. here, it really does seem, and indeed, judge jackson even found that the reason why stone was doing this was to protect the president and what that means is that the commutation on friday is actually an overt act and furtherance of the conspiracy. and what that further means is that a justice department, a future justice department can indict not just stone for this beh
