dulles, bwi thurgood marshall 83 degrees. it feels fantastic. what a cool start this morning and maybe you saw a lot of fog around early today. i think any fog we get tonight will be a lot less thick for the most part, but temperatures are pretty nice again, 64 degrees in gaithersburg, frederick and winchester, 66 in culpeper. we're 74 degrees in d.c. and not a bad day at all. at the surface we've got one more day to keep an eye on this area of low pressure. we're close enough it does give us some spotty storms. that's what we'll look at tomorrow. after that high pressure will build in. it really looks like our chances for any kind of shower or thunderstorm activity will be diminished and a nice stretch of days heading in our direction. i think they've been nice already. they'll probably be more rain free into thursday, friday and saturday. need to talk about what is our big story of the day. that is the formation of tropical storm isaac earlier today. we're paying attention to it because the storms that begin with the letter i tend to be strong
