we're serving south san francisco currently, a large port down there, and we pick up people from tiburon, and south san francisco. starting tomorrow, we'll be starting service from the ferry building down to redwood city. right now we're currently partnering with private service, but we recognize the future probably is a public-private partnership. our goal is to augment what weda does, with what golden gate transit does. i think the waterfront plan is a great idea. it's long coming. it marries up with what a lot of the other ferries are doing. new york recently expanded their service, and we can envision service from as far north as the marina all the way down to san francisco airport just is the future at some point, the way the traffic is going. we've spoken to people at treasure island developing that. there's a great deal of opportunity there, especially working in partnership with weda as well. it's important this is a public ivate partnership there, as well. just wanted to come up and voice our support with the plan, and we're willing to help out in any way we can as we go forward

so they will enjoy what we are seeing right now in tiburon. sunshine and you could see the clouds and how they are linear and along the coast. just right over the bay and the golden gate bridge and along the coastline. we're not seeing that all around the bay area. and it is all clear in sun ol where the sun is out and temperatures are warming up. a look at the seven-day forecast. it is up at the bottom of the screen showing it will heat up as we go into the weekend. it is going to also be a comfortable day in santa cruz. kids are out for summer break. and looking for something to do. you might want to head to the beach boardwalk where our highs there will reach into the low 70s today. and it is going to be really pleasant. warming up in concord today. that is where we go from 81 degrees at 1:00 today to 85 at 2:00. and some low 90s for early afternoon before those breezes kick in and the temperatures start to come back down. also the hiking trails in the south bay. if you are going out to some of the parks and trying to take in some of the su

as we start out in tiburon and seeing the clouds rolling back and you could see the fog in the distancend we had a fairly deep marine layer meaning we had a thick amount of fog for the coastline. meantime it is clearing out inland and taking a live look outside in sun ol, seeing the clear blue skies and temperatures that are just starting to warm up here. right now in san francisco, it is already 70 degrees. it is 72 in palo alto. and in san jose 72 degrees there. but most of us feeling upper 60s. but take a look the at seven-day forecast at the bottom of the screen as you make plans for the weekend and weekend. now we continue on with this cooling trend and for most of the bay area for the inland valleys. we're at about five to seven degrees cooler than yesterday at this time. so now that we are in this pattern, we see the fog bringing in some cooler breezes and the skies are clearing as we take a live look outside and in san jose. our temperatures trend for the rest of the day, right where we should be. reaching about 80 degrees for the high and until 2:00 today and then cooling off n

looking at tiburon where it is 64. and then in san jose, making it into the low 70s already. but at least it is still feeling fairly nice. it is 78 now in livermore. morgan hill, heating up fast, up to 83 degrees there. and it is 63 degrees at oakland. 64 right now in san francisco. and we measured quite a bit of cooling for much of the bay area. especially the inland valleys. and this is where you feel the difference into the next several days. the coast will stay about the same. but the valleys are going to be quite a bit cooler and as we get a look at our san jose temperature trend, we'll be at 76 degrees within the next hour and then 78 degrees, we'll have a high temperature early and the rest of the afternoon is when the breeze will kick in and it will cool down significantly as we look at martinez, reaching into the mid-80s. still quite warm. at 3:00 in the afternoon, that is when we meet that high temperature and then by 7:00 it is at 74 degrees. as we look at all of our high temperatures. cupertino, a high of 8degrees and in the east bay, 87 in antioch and vallejo exp
