um, and it did say that tida would collect the arts fee from the developer.m, the way that that the arts fee has been assessed and, and collected to date is, is not on the initial building permit, which is typically a site permit, but on the permit addenda that allows the project to go vertical. um, and so that's the trigger moment when it can be invoiced out. um, but dubai has declined to uh, collect that fee along with all of the other fees that they collect. um, because they didn't see in the da and the dda, the explicit um, uh, authorization or delegation of responsibility to them to collect it. so we're incorporating that, that art, uh, into the mechanism says what happened in is we would need to know so that the developer had gotten that addendum. and then tied it would need to invoice the developer for that arts fee revenue. um, now it will be it will be automatic. and those funds will be deposited to an account controlled by titus. so it will be, um, like you know, a sewer service impact fee. any other fee that is collected by the department of buildi
