so the sfpuc has been working with tida on the plans for the development and transfer to the city as the new utility system sfpuc standards and allows sfpuc to provide the same level of service to the island without putting the sfpuc rate payers at risk for the failure of the navy infrastructure. the first transfer of some new pipes in a month through the board of supervisors and will be effect next month. the process will continue with some new pump station and, of course, the commission of the brand new wastewater treatment is on treasure island. >> meantime sfpuc continues to maintain and operate as a contractor not as the utility procedure and continues to make recommendations to tida on the improvements. the current my expired on june 30th operating as if under old terms the primary role of anyhow is to insure that the liability stays between the parties for the equipment and that tida reimburses the pub for the cost of services. so we don't make a lot this anyhow is different the other ones were one year in the construction 2340sh9 and not a lot changes this one is a two-year t

um, and it did say that tida would collect the arts fee from the developer.m, the way that that the arts fee has been assessed and, and collected to date is, is not on the initial building permit, which is typically a site permit, but on the permit addenda that allows the project to go vertical. um, and so that's the trigger moment when it can be invoiced out. um, but dubai has declined to uh, collect that fee along with all of the other fees that they collect. um, because they didn't see in the da and the dda, the explicit um, uh, authorization or delegation of responsibility to them to collect it. so we're incorporating that, that art, uh, into the mechanism says what happened in is we would need to know so that the developer had gotten that addendum. and then tied it would need to invoice the developer for that arts fee revenue. um, now it will be it will be automatic. and those funds will be deposited to an account controlled by titus. so it will be, um, like you know, a sewer service impact fee. any other fee that is collected by the department of buildi

to be done under the administrative codes that allow that the puc and board of supervisors and are tidat a end to over 25 years of outages. we already had 7 power outages this year. we had 19 the year before and we had 26. if we can raise $11 million to keep the bridge lights on, i think we can raise the money publicly or privately to keep the lights on so treasure island community. >> thank you caller. >> thank you. next. >> caller-you have 2 minutes. >> thank you. peter dreckmyer, tuolumne river trust. thank you for the opportunity to comment remotely, it makes a big difference for us that don't live in san francisco. on march 15, the judge ruled against the sfpuc and many others. the lawsuit over phase one of the water quality control plan. san francisco had joined the san joaquin tributary authority in the lawsuit and the decision to join did not come through this commission, which is very problematic. i'm guessing it was a collaborative effort of staff and the attorney's office lead by dennis herrera at the time, and i'm hoping you will not appeal the decision. if is considered, it
