i want to commend the department of agriculture chief tidwell in particular for these collaboratives because they are vital to the health and vitality of our country's forests and they are a solid foundation for wildfire response. i'd also like to thank the president and the forest service for supporting the bipartisan efforts of senator crapo and i and the similar one that is underway in the house because to me the bottom line is if we can pass the legislation that i've described here today and shore up our priority as being prevention while at the same time making better use of existing money by saying that the mega fires you deal with from the disaster fund that gets us off to the races in terms of having a more sensible system for fighting wildfire. then if we support the collaboratives that i've just described that are really flowering across the country we're seeing more of them, we're seeing bigger collaboratives that's the kind of policy that helps us get out in front of what is going to be in my view, mr. president, another dangerous fire season. just crossing our fingers an

so we've had tidwell 20 storms the last, nuisance storms, just like what we went through last night. the rain will wash it all away melt a lot of it as we get ready for the next batch. but that melting is going to cause ponding, and some flooding, and the clogged drains, we will find out the hard way today where they're located. west on the pa turnpike right near the valley forge interchange an accident. also find delays along 55, in south jersey, southbound right near route 47. there is no cross traffic on the boulevard at front street. traffic lights are out. it is pothole season. we have potholes galor on the 59 northbound off ramp, to 291, penndot hasn't been able to make the repairs because of the weather so that's slowing folks down, if you are headed north on 95, trying to get up toward the airport, you are going to be hitting the brakes before you even get there. but don't worry planes aren't going anywhere. that is average delay of about a one-hour 15 minutes on both arrivals and departures, at the airport because -- >> winter delayed this year by couple of months, boy here
