daniel webster said tierney would never occur in america because the people are armed. there's a reason we have a second amendment. doesn't mean i am not happy to look at ways to keep these tragedies from occurring as long as they don't interfere with the second amendment. that is what we have to keep in mind, what was the other part of that? by having -- with the mass shootings one of the things many people noticed is they tend to go to places that are gun free zones so even though they may be mentally deserved their not the mentally disturbed as not to be able to realize if you go someplace where people can shoot you, you are probably going to get shot. what i am saying is is probably a good idea to make sure there are people in the areas where we have vulnerable people who can oppose these people not with just words but who are trained, they can be retired military, teachers might have the ability to do that, but i would feel much safer if my kid or grandchild was in a school where i knew that there were people who could protect them if someone like that came in. i a
