[ cheers and applause ] and i should say, the game will have already happened when this airs. i went to northwestern university in evansville, illinois. northwestern, one of the division 1 teams who's never made the ncaa basketball tournament. they're not going to make it this year unless they win the big 10 tournament. they're a long shot to do that. but i just want to say right now, if they make it i will give them $1,000. [ laughter ] if they win the big ten tournament, $1,000. it's not quite the billion dollars you'll get if you get a perfect bracket from warren buffett and dan gilbert. but, i assure you, $1,000 to me is the same as $1 billion is to warren buffett and dan gilbert. we got everybody that we wanted, except for -- tilda swinton's character is 85 years old and, originally, we had somebody -- we had offered it to angela landsbury and she wasn't able to do it. and i thought, well, i love tilda, and she can be 85. she'll figure it out. >> charlie: yes. but is there much room for improvisation on your set? >> well, for my -- i think maybe -- the actors describe it how they describe it. for me, when we get on the set, we've prepared everything we've done on this stuff and we've got everything sort of arranged, and then they take over. and we usually do a lot of takes very, very quickly, one after another, and it's more like -- i mean, depending on the kind of scene it is, but most of the time, we work very, very fast, and they bring a lot of energy to it and it usually feels a little chaotic on the set. so i feel like they may not change the lines, but they improvise everything else, how they're going to do it. and it usually feels very spohn spontaneous on the set. >> charlie: this is bill murray, he plays a concierge. you and bill murray. >> yeah, i think
