guest: i agree with that tillman. conservatives and republicans have not done a good job of being involved with the hispanic community and african community. i have a good friend who runs the libre initiative and i was having a conversation with him after the 2012 elections. i was asking where we were failing in relationships building in the hispanic community. he's a part of the problem is we don't show up. i tell people we actually have to start showing up and being there, being present, being part of the conversation. we have to do more outreach into the hispanic and african-american community. i think the ideas that we offer to those can -- to those communities are ideas of empowerment, toys, ideas of improving your station in life but if we don't show up, we cannot have those conversations, so it may sound simple to say, but showing up is going to be a big part of that equation. it we can be present we can have a conversation, and if we can have a conversation, we can persuade people of our ideas. host: thank you
