. >> tim barber joins us live now. the counselor was hired after being accused. >> reporter: he worked for this company for a few months and then another clinic. despite the allegations in brevard county listed in this report, he still has his license and he has not been charged with a crime. adrienne lincoln has worked at this clinic since 2004. he has been accused of molesting a patient. i called him and asked at his house but no one answered. according to the report, the female accuser started seeing him for depression and anxiety in 2011 when secure a work that it said -- he said the sessions usually ended with a hug which escalated to massages at his home. things really spiraled out of control when the counselor drove the patient to a park, got naked, and tried to have sex with her. the department found out in a written complaint in 2013. deputies were notified in 2014. he was able to get two more jobs is counselor after that. the counselors fighting the allegations in court. they cannot stop him from practicing u
