big story this morning, huge crowds gather in downtown milwaukee protesting president-elect donald trump. tim, the protest turned violent tim: there were some punches thrown as protesters clashed with trump supporters. while the protest and march was going on at red arrow park, a trump supporter showed up with his children. after exchanging some heated words with protesters that man was pepper-sprayed by one of the protesters. that's when the fists starting flying, but police say most of the crowd was peaceful as they gathered and marched in the streets. no one was seriously hurt. people we spoke to at the protest say they know the demonstration won't change the election results, but they wanted to show their frustration. back to you. >> tim, thank you. melinda: and new from overnight, people in madison also took to the streets showing their dissatisfaction with the election. hundreds of people marched to the state capitol overnight. they held signs and chanted to make their voices heard. officers were at the scene the entire time. some of those protesters said they will continue to fight aga
