joining me now, former trump attorney, tim parlatore and attorney a scout bolden. gentlemen, glad you are -- i won't go into the -- i love the movie. he is focused on that particular courtroom and that's where he wants to be. this is where he has taken the greatest umbrage about being accused of fraud. let's just be honest here, first of all. there's already been a summary judgment motion. the judge has already said the documents are fraudulent. now it's about how expensive it is going to be for him. -- you've been his attorney and counsel in the past. why do you think this is the case that so important to him. this >> is the case that really goes into how he built his entire reputation. he came up from the beginning in a real estate, in new york. and all of that leading up to the presidency -- this puts all that into question. and i think that that is why this is something that is so important to him. because it's the presidency for him and that was four years of his life. this is decades. and it is what people know donald trump has. >> potus was once on a seal fo

let's bring in former trump attorney tim parlatore. trump's lawyer said his team is happy with his testimony today. how do you think it went? >> obviously, i didn't watch it directly. from everything i heard, it doesn't sound like he did much to really help his case. whenever you don't answer questions directly and you go on and on and answer different things, it doesn't help for your credibility at all. what paula just said about some of the answers at the end, maybe that hurt him. i think this is a case where going into it he had already lost summary judgment, so i think he's already kind of in a bad position where there's not much he can really do to help himself in this case. >> you don't think there's any way if he were to come to the stand and express -- not contrition necessarily, but try to explain his point of view. he has an argument to make -- not you, people may not believe. you have an argument to make about the worth of things might mean more with the trump brand, et cetera, et cetera. there is an argument he could make.

not gonna get into anything, it was the right time for myself to leave, john rather to, leave tim parlatorea little bit before -- that >> did you resign or were you fired? >> it doesn't matter, it doesn't matter. i'm not here to try to elevate myself or disparagement from a client. the bottom line is, there was a logical break point, i took that break point and i don't kiss and tell. >> let me ask you about something that happened as. week the civil forecast that's been happening here in new york. you saw trump on the stand, it was a great catch exchange with the judge. i don't, but the judge asked chris kise, who is brought on to be on the documents case, but is now in that new york case as well, the current attorney, to get control of him. do you think you were better at controlling him as a client? >> no, look, here's what i say about. that a response that was reported, and i haven't been in the courtroom in new york, after other client to serve. but the response, as reported, chris basically said, ask better questions. that actually is the right response to the situation. the attorney g
