>> tina moyland followed by joan wood. >> good afternoon. >>> good afternoon. thank you, director reiskin, and to supervisor chiu and all of you for all the work that's been amazing. i'm the current president of the russian hill neighbors. some think of it as a bedroom community where we actually were 11,000 people who live on the hill. our neighborhood group represents 600 households, about 875 merchants and members and our board of directors unanimously voted to go with the pagoda palace option. we felt it was finally the best one that was presented. and i've been to all the meeting in the fall and many of our members are transportation chair steve taber who is on spur. and i just think it's an excellent thing. it is the least impact to merchants. i'm a small business owner. i really respect that part of it. and i think it is a viable pagoda option. and i speak for a number of people. so, thank you for your work and i hope you do the [speaker not understood] thing. >> thank you so much. >> joan woods, the last person who turned in a speaker card. >> anyone el
