heaviest rain today is along the titusville to the cape and melbourne and a few showers over the turnpike not doing much. this is the time of year when we do get some showers, but, you know, the overall coverage tends to decrease mid to late september. that's the case today. yeah, a lot of moisture around and showers heading inland, but a lot of storms lost their umph this afternoon. 86 in brooksville and 90 in tampa today and 90 in sarasota and 80 in st. pete. today is another day with so so far this september it's been a lot like june, july and august. you've had 20 days, three were below average because of clouds and rain. we had one average day, and then 16 days with temperatures above average. that's pretty much been our theme the entire summer. a lot of that is because we have not had i would consider very active rainy seasons. the active rainy season means the peak was september 10th. today we're kind of on the downswing. we downswing all the way into early october, and then that little hump here late october and november. sometimes we can get hurricanes in late october and novembe
