[ cheers and applause ] for those who are wondering, fred was in l.a. this week. and the reason he's there is very exciting. he's going to host the independent spirit awards with kristen bell on ifc this saturday. or so he says. i don't know. i think this one is true. it's impossible to tell. watch saturday on ifc and find out. also, yesterday i mentioned a charity i'm involved with called cycle for survival. it's an event that was founded in 2007 by my friends jennifer goodman linn and her husband, dave. jen was fighting cancer and decided to raise money by putting together an indoor cycling fund-raiser in a studio in equinox. now
