the team comprised related tndc which oma architects and cng landscape architects received the highest score from the selection panel. the staff's recommendation to select this team was approved by the cac at their 2014 meeting. all three proposals were floored by the selection panel which comprised three ocii staff, a representative from the planning department and a cac member, miss johnson who's here today. the scores were based on financial proposals, and the team experience. with the related tnbc team scored the highest in all categories. they have a depth of experience in san francisco with complex mixed income residential projects. the proposal was scored favorably for its treatment of the tower and how it reads as part of the skyline and how it relates to the ground floor.
