. >> now at $349 a share so todd gordon of trading.com is back at the platform even more room to run. how much, todd >> those guys are laughing at my trading den down there if we get down to before that 340 mark, let's get context. this is out in the weekly chart. i'm going to pull some of my trading nation elliott wave out here the model is that markets trend in three phases and correct in two phases so what we have here is the first initial trend phase. that's going to be one then we fell into a solid consolidation here that's going to be corrective phase two. i think the strong rally that we've seen up here is wave three. now, we've got to full pulitzer some of our fibonacci here what you do is basically take this level, multiply it by your fib, project it up in the third wave that projects a $422 price target in netflix. so i think we have plenty of room to go it's not going to happen next week if we get down and head over to the daily, maybe we can kind of isolate. so here is that $340 mark. talk about a stock that would just not go down when the market was under its volatility,

todd gordon of trading nalz.com. >> hey, melissa. we're looking at the weekly chart. over here, this is a long scale. when you're doing your technicals at home, it's really important to switch over to that that's a $25 move here this is actually more like a $40 move here. but it's the same distance, okay so just keep that in mind. it stretches out the trend line. when you do draw trend line on the log scale, you're going to see that we have held support around the $80 level in walmart. technically with all the big selling we've seen in walmart, it's held. as we get off the weekly, head over to the daily, keep in mind that trend line, it's going to come in right at about this angle here and what you'll notice is we approach -- and if you really look at the characteristics of the bar, really strong selling here and walmart has kind of petered out. and that's evidenced by the relative strength index, which you're going see there is a low momentum reading here and a higher one here. we've made it a higher low where price continues to make a lower lower. just like when pet

todd gordon is with trading analysis.com so how does apple look technically now that we're getting thisit's unfortunately we're gapping up into this huge massive overhead supply. apple's trying to get through this $175 to $180 level all the way back from november of last year so there's a massive amount of resistance overhead. the upside gap here today was very constructive from a technical point of view. we refer to that as a breakaway gap which starts the momentum going. and if you just do a little trim line here over the last three significant highs, if we can get through 177 bucks, i think we have a shot to the topside however, i'll caution you. there's two things to keep an eye on from a psychological point of view, number one is the $200 level. number two is the $1 trillion cap mark we should be able to get it. the one caveat if we just take a quick look at the indexes, we are so tight inside of these ranges if we look at that qqq, the nasdaq 100, you can't squeeze this thing any more. i think it's going to break higher if we happen to move lower, we're giving up to the fed that's
