tokoyo said power has been restored to two of the units now but still not clear if the cooling systems will work. fire trucks continue to pump water over the reactors still in danger of over heating. a nuclear safety official has warned pressure levels have been changing at the plant's number three reactor which is the only unit in the plant. the power company has warned the spraying of water on that unit may not be cooling it. the operator has backed away now from a plan to vent gas from that reactor over concerns it could put more raidation into the atmosphere. the top spokesman has said the nuclear plant must eventually be scrapped. raidation has been detected in the food chain here. spinach and milk from as far as 75-miles from the plant has shown levels of raidation in excess of safety limits. officials say though it poses no immediate health risk. the official death toll from the quake and tsunami has jumped to over 8,000 with another 12,000 missing. in tokoyo david piper fox news. >> report that raidation is being detected in food shipped out of japan. tawian said they found tra
