. >> i want toland congratulations to well done report. it gets better every year and also glad to hear behavioral health data will be included when you think how much of the budget is spent on behavioral health and the realty of what is happening in san francisco with regard to substance abuse and behavioral health is really important both the demographics as well as the quantity of services and type of services that are provided. that being said, i think what is important about this report and to have distributed as widely as possible is the uniqueness of san francisco's helths department compared to others in the country, most don't have a health network incorporated in the public health department so it important for folks to see what san francisco provides and how it provides because there is so much criticism focused on san francisco and what we are not doing or what we are not responding to, but when you think what this health department has done to integrate a whole health network and integrate that with population health and publi

some are physician groups, um like health physicians in brown and toland. some are, you know, health systems. um you know, like john mirror. um you know, some are particular facilities like california pacific medical center in general hospital. but you also see providers that are in access plus and not in trio. um, you can see those five at the lower left. that when we looked at average cost data for services for those particular physicians and health systems. you know, we did see higher levels of unit price, um, rolling through these providers relative to those who were in both trio and access. plus so this was a factor in the differentiation of the planned experience that we observed between access, plus and trio in 2022. so again, that elevated claim experience did lead to the change rate stabilization. but the southern legal settlement does provide some relief in the ultimate calculation for the rate increase for 2024. and then you know, i alluded. excuse me in a few changes earlier. um the administrative fees are locked in over a three year period. fro

the proposed parking lot would have been at a warehouse facility on toland street and gerald avenue, an appeal filed against the permit alleges that this permit would help waymo set up a delivery service while working around city policy. a representative for waymo says that the company would not unlawfully operate a delivery service without proper permits and that the parking lot was actually only intended to maintain their cars. i the lots right near us that when they're shown past been an all-time time. yeah. i mean, the current law. >> the oakland a's maybe close to finalizing their ballpark deal in las vegas and saying bye-bye to oakland, nevada's governor just announced a tentative agreement reached between the a's and them. it's now going go to nevada's legislature for its approval. that deal comes less than 2 weeks after the team reached a deal to build their stadium on 9 acres where the current tropicana hotel casino has chris dobbins with save oakland sports as this latest announcement suggest las vegas has more political will and more public financing them. the city of oakl
