tom: and i'm tom griffith. this is the third homicide investigation in the state this week. the attorney general's office says a 63-year-old man was shot in the chest yesterday and later died at the hospital. wmur's siobhan lopez is live in effingham tonight with what we know right now. office, the victim is identified as 63-year-old robert dishman. he did i the hospital suffering from a single gunshot wound to the chest. investigators say dishman was shot during some kind of incident on ams way around 11 : 00 yesterday morning. its unclear if that's dishman's home, but we spoke with the next door neighbor who says a man named bob lives at that address. he tells us he saw a heavy police presence there yesterday, and was surprised to hear someone was shot. >> that's just crazy. i don't know. i've heard him yelling a few times, but i don't know what it was about. i did not think much of it. siobhan: no arrests have been made at this point, but the ag's office says based on their investigation there does not appear to be an ongoing threat to the public. anyone with information
