the international terminal is the tom bradley terminal. so this is a domestic terminal. again the flights are frontier airlines, jet blue, spirit air, virgin air. you can take an international flight out of a domestic terminal. so if you were flying out of terminal three on virgin australia, you could possibly be going international, but it is not the designated international terminal. it is primarily domestic. >> i want to couch the information that we are broadcasting now, because we realize that the initial report that come in when an incident like this happens, are frequently wrong. that's not the fault of the new organizations but simply the times that we live in which people are sending out tweets of what may have happen rather than the official versions of what happened. again, the report that we're hearing is that a gunman opened fire; that one person may have been shot. there are reports that that one person may have been a tsa worker. there are also reports in local media that a tsa official then went through the airport telling everybody to get down. some peop

of course, you've got the tom bradley international terminal familiar to many people who fly from thereations overseas. and this particular terminal, terminal 2 as we said, is a mixture of international airlines and a couple of domestic ones, as well on that side of the airport. you have terminals 1, 2, and 3. in a line. and then at the end of that, is the international terminal if you're familiar with it and on the other side of the airport you have the other terminals, 4, 5, 6, 7 and so on. extremely big and busy airport. not sure what these responders are doing there. perhaps setting up tents or something for forensics. it's difficult to know. what we do know is according to reports, shots fired, shots heard at l.a.x. we believe this is outside terminal 2. and we have seen several people brought out. why we don't know what their condition is. >> and michael, we're getting some detail about one of the individuals who was injured in this incident here here. he looked like he was wearing some sort of uniform potentially a tsa worker. we are told that they have to cut his shirt, that he
