was the former chief of arlington county, tom hawkins. he just walked in the back. these were in the green shirt on the right. tom hawkins was chief of arlington county for many years at the time of 9/11 was the chief of the city of alexandria fire department. he did a lot to help prepare not only arlington and alexandria but the entire region for terrorist attacks and a lot of what happened or what will this do to people i cared and the others i mentioned you prepared to reach in with planning and contingency. glad to have him here. thanks for all your help at the boat.
