stuart: i want to bring in tom homan, acting director of i.c.e. tom, we have got a guy, who you saw him is in self-quarantine. the president talking about the possibility of closing the southern border to prevent the spread of the virus. come on in, what do you got to say about this? >> i think it is absolutely needs to be an option. under 212-f of the immigration law, stuart he can restrict entry of aliens, immigrants and non-immigrants if it is detrimental to the interests of the united states. so i think it is an option he has. i think he takes action on that. i think we monitor what is going on in mexico. there is coronavirus in mexico already. i think a lot depends what the ninth circuit just did. the ninth circuit ruled the remain in mexico program has to stop. now the doj has a stay on that decision but if ninth circuit goes back, no, you cannot keep seeking asylum in mexico, the president has a strong case, putting, making an argument for 212-f suspending entry in the united states between the ports of entries. after ports of entries, step
