i'm tom kierien. we're tracking the fog around this morning affecting some travel. take a look at the latest visibility. they're down to near zero in manassas and the panhandle of west virginia and just north of washington. getting us some fog now beginning to form around the bay. melissa, you're seeing that on the bay camera, right? >> we are seeing it on the bay camera. we're taking a look at a couple of cameras. no problem either way taking a look at 95 and virginia. northbound and southbound. you are fine. getting a little volume there. nothing that they can't battle this morning. not bad. >> all right, melissa. thank you. >> we're talking about travel. a lot of you planning to hop on the road. a reminder to be extra careful. travel experts warn that holiday travel could be especially dangerous this year. triple-a says about 800,000 people will drive on d.c. area roads this weekend. the national safety council predicts about 400 people will be killed on roads this weekend. that's the most since july 4th 2008. >> we see increases in fatal and serious car crashes
