tom kierein joins us with the forecast. >> it's march we had flowers up, doesn't mean winter is over yet. look at the snow pic, i got a photo in from sandy perkins in virginia. in southern spotsylvania county, there is the ruler and it says four inches on that railing there -- this was as of 10:00 this morning. probably more there and you can see the snow is covering the ground there. there is a good four inches all over that part of southern spotsylvania county. a narrow band of heavier snow moving in. that narrow band has been moving from the south to the north and east over the last couple hours. tapering off to the west. as we look at radar you can see the bright white band, now beginning to move in the northern neck, and tapering off around fredericksburg and now moving in st. mary's county. a few flurries south of washington, in fairfax, prince william. stafford, the brighter white areas in southern charles county and st. mary's county. we still have a winter weather advisory, there is a warning out for four to six inches of snow in those counties in pink includes spotsylvania, albermarle, all this expiring in the next couple hours and for
