tom roussey has more. new this morning, several protesters anaheim, california, after a demonstration turned violent. some of the protesters threw hard objects at police officers. the protest was in response to an off-duty officer's confrontation with a teen the day before. it began over ongoing issues with juveniles walking across the officer's property. a 13-year-old boy is accused of threatening to shoot the officer. he tried to detain the boy until anaheim police arrived. that led to a physical between the officer and several other juveniles. the officer discharged his gun once. no one was struck by a bullet. the 13-year-old was booked in juvenile hall on suspicion of criminal threats and battery. the officer was "not" arrested. he's on administrative leave, pending an investigation. a woman in albuquerque, new mexico faces several charges, after some unusual behavior during a field sobriety test. police say brielle marshall was found slumped over the wheel of her parked car, and reeked of alcohol. dur
