same question he'll have 2 minutes well on their interrupted time and then they'll get it hammer and tongs i do think that's going to favor. i think it will favor joe biden the former vice president because he was barely able to get a word in edgewise in the 1st debate so i think that given longer periods of time to speak 2 minutes is a very long obviously but that's where as i understand it the microphones can be muted by the tech by the sound technicians not by the moderator kristen welker so i think it will benefit biden because i think he was most effective in the 1st debate when he would turn directly to the camera and speak to the american people so if he gets some uninterrupted time to do that he should be ok and i think it will actually hurt in the sense that he wants to be aggressive and he wants to be an interrupt her and that's how he came to washington and that's how he wants to go about this last debate but on the other hand the vast majority of people who watched the 1st debate thought that the way to drop back to his antics were i don't losing cause your expertise is preside
