topper shutt here now with the latest on this storm which is moving faster than we thought. >> it is. which means is going to move out faster than we thought, which is a good thing. let me start with the winter watches and warnings. we'll come back and give you the other watches because we're now under a flood wash. we're looking at -- watch. we're looking at heavy rain too. we're looking at winter storm watches essentially west of i81. that is for late tomorrow night. the winter storm warning denoted in white. and that is across the divide for our friends out in oakland. and then for early afternoon through tomorrow night. so here is the deal. we timed it a little bit. it's going to move a little faster. so we kind of changed some of the exits and entrances in terms of the cold air. temps are going to fall all day. it will be a significant snow in the mountain. rain to snow mainly northwest of town. the time frame now 10:00 p.m. tomorrow until 3:00 a.m. on thursday. it is 63 in leesburg and 61 in gaithersburg but temps will fall all day tomorrow. here is your wake up weather. please
