that's a good point, tori and dave.look at some of these pictures that i'm about to show you. it's slow on highway 4. we were moving the camera and looking at traffic coming out of pittsburgh. there have been some minor changes going on. as i look at the chp computer, i don't see anything major on highway 4 coming up to the willow pass grade. i do certainly see some slow traffic, though. this morning's commute at the bay bridge toll plaza continues to be 20 minutes at the toll plaza and then ten minutes on the bridge looking at the better part of a half-hour before you get on -- or get into san francisco. the south bay continues to be slow. the traffic here on all of the freeways is slow. this may be correlated with some rain that moved through the area. by the way, highway 17 near the katz restaurant, southbound there's a crash. but northbound is a mess coming down to los gatos. let's go to steve. >>> thank you, sal. >> you are welcome. >> i painted you a very pretty picture. some of the systems going through here, and
