i'm tori campbell. an unusual june rain storm is sweeping through the bay area. this is video of rain from hayward a short time ago. the wet weather is contributing to spinouts around the bay area. here is a live look at westbound highway 24 where there were two overturned vehicle accidents in central la fayette in less than an hour. the highway patrol responded to a car that flipped on the right- hand shoulder. that was about 45 minutes ago. you can see all of the traffic there on the right side of your screen. really crawling along in the westbound direction of 24. there's no word of any injuries in that accident. the other accident happened a little earlier about 10:30 when a dodge ram turned over on the la feign yet onramp -- la fayette onramp. crews worked to free one person trapped in the truck. we don't know that person's condition but he appears to be conscious and moving. rescue crews and an ambulance responded. traffic still backed up all the way to walnut creek. let's go now to mark tamayo who is monitoring the rain for more on just how much we've seep
