rabbi shaar kesselman's father- in-law established the school attacked in toulouse.kesselman is now the rabbi of the jewish community in malmoÖ sweden. he says there has been a number of antisemitic acts near his synagogue. that's why the rabbi calls the road in front of his synagogue the "street of hate." >> cars driving by, people rolling down the window, shouting antisemitic remarks. there have been incidents of people throwing things at me. and i had a car try to run me and my wife over once, which was quite a traumatic incident. the vast majority of those which stand behind these incidents are immigrants, or people with immigrant backgrounds. i believe that the trauma which europe has experienced after the holocaust, is starting to fade out. i don't think this is any new form of antisemitism, i think it's a different face, a different cover, but it is the same old jew hatred. if a person's hate could take them so far to start cursing and throwing things at a total stranger just because he is jewish, for me that says that all the normal boundaries and limitations

attacks such as toulouse, brussels, paris, we have seen military police and the jewish community targeted in each of those cities. >> what do we do about protecting the soft targets? obviously, you can't protect everything. what do authorities do? >> first, we need to understand that local law enforcement plays a critical role and local law enforcement needs to work more closely with local communities. now what i mean by that is, local law enforcement in europe, the united states, need to clearly understand the threat facing the communities that they police. secondly, they have to work with those communities. whether it be the media, whether it be jewish facilities, whether it be other commercial entities to establish security around those locations. we also need to train people working in those facilities and the community to recognize the warning signs of somebody that may be in the community that may represent a threat. and local law enforcement needs to work with others in the local community to stop an act of violence from occurring. >> and you mentioned the jewish facilities. israel

there is a group in brussels or toulouse.ittle glass of nice things that are happening. there needs to be a drumbeat all day, every day, in your face. to pull kids away from that ideology. a lot of people get uncomfortable about that. it has to be a consistent generational all day thing they are seeing. if we only say, this is happening because there are going to be foreign fighters or this is only happening because we are now in this part of the world, you are missing things. the thing that scares me is not the foreign fighters. you have to be able to poison that ecosystem for that growth to happen. the other piece we have not done a good job about it all, not just our country but around the world, combined world, combined what we no about how kids get radicalized with the mental health brokers that can help those kids get out of that process, not when they are early radicalized. i am talking about the conveyor belt that leads them up. >> talk about the military situation. what is going on right now? >> egypt on monday launc

i've been to the shooting in toulouse in 2012 and to other terrorist attacks and i kind of wanted iting on. i wanted to not only base our coverage on what we see online. what we hear from people but to see what an average jew goes through in a day in paris. >> it makes perfect sense. i want to just go by online gossip. you wanted to experience it. what happened on this walk? >> there was certain criticism about the fact that we only put in a minute and a half. but we weren't going to put in ten hours. the efforts were to turned around people pointed at me and stuff like that i think that's something that maybe like a pretty woman goes through every day. something that i never felt. but you know that's i think that's you know decent it's not something which is terrible. but the more we went to certain neighborhoods with a larger muslim population the attitude towards me changed. people spit at me a few times. people cursed me. spoke in a very not nice language. >> when you say not nice language. what were some of the things that were said to you? >> speaking about sexual relations and
