there was this bridge and looking at the historical studies and summary of that the bridge itself, i can see that the toweruse without the tower, it has no meaning. so and that respect i was surprised that it was individually eligible. and then, on the other hand, portsmouth square is a contributing feature of the chinatown area and in 1961, of course, it was white clean for think the parking garage. which i am sure was a necessity at that time. and so, what is there now was a change from may be 100 years ago, but time changes and needs change all of that. so looking at portsmouth square you kind of think well, if that is for chinatown and the scale of chinatown is a certain scale. it is quite the behemoth pedestrian bridge, it is kind of out of place so a lot of respects it is incompatible with the chinatown historic district. the eligible district and at the same

tower? it couldn't because it's been socked in by the marine layer. we haven't been able to see the golden gate bridgeweeks. now that we have lost the big wet gray blanket that usually has a huge influence on our weather, we can livermore is a degree shy of 70. santa rosa, you will get hot but you are not included in excessive heat warning. that start says everything about that. you have enough access on shore flow from the petaluma gap that the temperatures are staying relatively mild. up and down 680 and 580, you don't have access. that's one of the reasons why you will experience this heat wave more intensely than other locations. santa rosa, it can get hot but you will not experience the worst of this heat wave. it will still be in the mid 90s. don't get me wrong. san jose you will be hot, not hot enough for excessive heat warning but hot enough for a heat advisory. you should still take that seriously. if concord is really the peak in the example of how the temperatures will impact the bay area the worst at 108 saturday, by sunday we have come down a couple degrees. perhaps we get down to 101. ex
