joining me now are tracey martin, sybrina fulton, and they're lawyer benjamin crump. before we head into florida tomorrow heignight. let me start with you, you said all you want is justice, you want zimmerman arrested? >> yes, sir. >> how have you been handling this? i ahead that you said it's hard to sleep and eat until you see justice with the arrest of this man? >> yes, my heart is hardened right now. i'm finding it difficult to do just daily things right now. in addition to grieving, i'm just consumed with the fact that this guy has not been arrested who murdered my son. so that is very difficult for me as a mother. i cry every day. there is a hole in my heart because that was my baby. regardless of how old he gets, he was my baby. so it's difficult for me on a daily basis. but i'm just trying to take one day at a time and i know that god is in control. >> the strength that you and the mother have shown has been amazing. let me ask you, why did it take the police so long to contact you? do you know? >> actually, i contacted the police myself. >> so they never made

so what does that do for tracey martin, sybrina fulton and justice for their son? it does nothing. >> let me ask you when you sit here across the street from where this happened, a makeshift memorial, your son gone, and zimmerman is still at large, there are thousands of people already at the park, we had to move from the location, and there are already thousands of people an hour ago. people last night had hoodies, thousands, but for you, this is your son. tell us how you feel with zimmerman at large and all of the support you're getting, how you feel personally as a mother and father? >> i feel outraged they have not arrested him. at least arrested him. i don't understand why they have not. my heart hurts for my son, but that's what gives me the fuel to keep pushing further to know that justice will be served. >> as a father, as a african-american male, i personally take it has a slap in the face that george zimmerman is still walking the streets. that he has not been arrested. that no charges have been brought against him. and this is a dishonor to us as america

trayvon's dad, tracey martin, thanked the miami heat for their support. friday star lebron james tweeted this picture of the basketball team wearing hoodies, a show of solidarity for the teenager. in dc hundreds rallied in the rain saturday. a day after president obama issued this highly personal message to trayvon's parents. >> if i had a son he would look like trayvon, i think they have a right to expect that all of us are americans are going to take this with the seriousness it deserves and we will get to the bottom of exactly what happened. >> that is exactly what the slain teen's parents will be demanding tonight at the commission. thousands of supporters will hear them address the commission in person. >> that was mark straesman strassman reporting from florida. we have this report. >> reporter: good afternoon. at 1:00 hire there is a rally planned and at 2:00 lawmakers will speak about his case, all of this on the one month anniversary of his death. >>> thousands of come together nationwide for justice, struck so personally by the death of trayvon

joining me now is trayvon's father, tracey martin, and family attorney.ll, thank you for joining us, and let me say first and foremost that we give our condolences to you for your loss and all of your family. secondly, i must commend you and trayvon's mother for the dignity in which you have handled this extremely difficult situation. >> yes, sir. >> first of all, give people a sense of what the family is calling for, mr. martin? >> first and foremost i would like to thank you for having me on. the family is calling for justice. we don't want our son to be -- we don't want our son's death to be in vain. we're looking for answers. we have not received any answers, can and we just don't understand. i don't have any understanding as to why my son is dead to this day. >> now, attorney krump, we spoke and worked on civil rights cases, i can't for the life of me understand how they can justify not making an arrest. arrest does not mean conviction, but there is probably cause here even with this law that we would question. this is a national outrage to many of u
