ben tracy has more. >> reporter: investigators moved in shortly after 9:00 this morning, searching dr. murray's las vegas clinic as well as his posh residence. he was home at the time. >> we showed up at his house. >> reporter: according to murray's attorney, investigators seized cell phones and a hard drive, looking for evidence linking him to the drug propofol. the associated press reports early on in the investigation dr. murray admitted giving jackson propofol several times to help the singer sleep. >> i think the noose is tightening around his neck. i think we'll see charges filed against dr. murray in the near future. i don't think there is much he can do to stop that. here's facing anywhere from a charge of involuntary manslaughter all the way up to second degree implied malice murder. i think this investigation could not be closer to dr. murray. it's literally in his backyard. >> reporter: last week when agents searched murray's clinic in houston, the warrants stated they were looking for evidence of manslaughter. they also searched his storage locker. the same day jackson die
