of weeks, trang, good morning. >> reporter: good morning, rahel, jim. with all of the build up there is trial only spent today last about two weeks, because of all of the media attention on there is the jury of seven men, five women, is being busted from pittsburgh and will remain sequestered. now we do expect to hear from andrea constand in her own words for the very first time. so bill cosby is not expected to testify in his own defense, but here is a recap of the charges he's facing. the 79 year old comedian accused of three count every phony aggravated indecent assault. against andrea constand, former temple university employee, who became friendly with cosby. constand says cosby drugged and assaulted her, while she was incapacitated inside his elkins park home in january of 2004. now, over the years, more than 50 women have come forward with similar allegations against the comedian, but only one of them will be allowed to testify in addition to constand. now, attorney charles berk err sat down with "eyewitness news," to explain why. take a listen.
