ocean beach early this morning. there was a crab boat that had got off of the cliff house. will tran is liable the scene with the latest. >> just to give people a landmark, it happened about 1,000 yds from the cliff house. we have learned that the coast guard will do a fly over at around 8:00 a.m.. early indications, there appears to be a sheen on the ocean but according to the coast guard he said that there is no concern because it is in diesel which will dissipate in the air. not a problem. there is not an urgency. here is video of the fishermen once they were rescued from the water. this was around 1:00 a.m.. for whatever reason, the coast guard said at the water was choppy, the fishermen believe that there was care of their boat that shifted quickly it that caused them to capsized. they had a gps device and were able to radio ahead to the coast guard. the coast guard came out and listed all free men from the water quickly. they were not in the water very long. there is a potential that 800 gal. of diesel go into the ocean. it is still of the boat. what you see above the water is
