as we look from the top of the transamerica pyramid out toward the bay, and santa rosa got up to 83 degrees today. so in parts of the bay area still warm. concord nice at 77. at this hour, livermore is 13 degrees cooler than it was yesterday at this time. so cooling trend that began tuesday continues today and it will continue tomorrow. numbers will come down a little bit tomorrow as this low pressure comes down. it also will bring up the breezes. you can see the rain that kenny was mentioning a few showers down there in southern california. and on the tail end of that trough we had sprinkles this morning, too. thing about news is probably the cooler -- the big news is probably the cooler weather. on average these are numbers for the first day of autumn. tomorrow in san francisco, just 66. san jose only 70. oakland 68. concord pleasant but only 75 off its average mark of84. time lapse this is what should be happening if the atmosphere behaves itself over the next 24 hours. you can see clouds building up along the san mateo county coastline and maybe a few sprinkles early tomorrow. it clears
