as you know, the san francisco county transportation authority board passed a resolution to suspend tgpa'sllion extension 30% design. this suspension of funding will stay in place until the san francisco city controller's office conducts an audit of tgpa's management and delivers phase one and delivery of phase two, the downtown extension. i will report to the commissioners that the tgpa welcomes this, as it will provide tgpa with valuable lessons learned. as a reminder that last month the transportation authority board adopted the first group of five y.p.p.s as i will call them in this presentation. five prioritization programs for the transportation sales tax. and each has to include a few different designate the elements as shown on your screen. as you know notice some board items that you see every month, the five y.y.p.s can be later but it's important to set the baseline now on what to expect with the projects upcoming over the next five-year period. and so group two, some of the categories have funds running out and there's fund exchanges and a very wordy title on your agenda. so i'll get to those in just a moment. we want to balance having money available for sponsors when they need it but also evaluating the projects to make sure that we're not looking to issue debt unnecessarily. these are the projects. i have categories in the second group before you today. on the left are the transit categories and on the right are the streets and travel demand management categories and the 5ypps are in prop k, so these are the non-project cate

as mentioned at the transportation authority board meeting, we will look to ways to go ahead and see if we can tap into the s.p. one funds that continue to be in play. so the next steps financially is to update and continue to work on the cash flow analysis here, to move forward with the toll system construction, the transit vehicle purchase and replacement , all of these have leadtime items associated with them that are important for the committee members to recognize. since we are approximately just about three years away from starting a tolling -- starting the transit work, which at the same time we will want to go ahead and start the tolling. we are three years away to go ahead and purchase vehicles and to enter into the appropriate agreements that we need to for all of the listed services. it is important that we make a decision now in terms of having a financially viable program that we can move forward with, which is what we presented to you today. the implementation schedule, some of the key items here, let's not forget that this right now is the policy approval. we still hav
