sfmta along with the transportation authority and the board have developed long range transportation concepts in the transportation strategy. the sfmta did an outreach effort earlier this summer or earlier this year, but i wanted to flag two things specifically in district 4. these would be complemented by routes with lower frequencies as well as express routes and paratransit service. so looking at that strategy and thinking about the needs for the district, we recommend further study to strengthen those south transit routes and want to recommend advanced planning for increased frequency and transit priority for the 28 and 29, and sfmta is already planning to do studies for those routes. we also want to consider alternative designs for the 88 or 66 routes to better serve nearby areas, especially with the 88 the connection to the richmond district, and then explore alternatives for the northern bus routes and the peninsula, given the number of trips that we see that are happening to the northern peninsula. so each of the recommendations identified as part of the district 4 mobility h
