about how we just have not got an intuitive network that people can safely traverse and it is a realty that vezters come to the cityride around without helmets so when we talk how safe is safe enough for the streets, we have to examine the case where people visit the city, take advantage of the shared bikes that don't come with a helmet and that is a very vulnerable of the user of the system we planned for in terms of creating a network of shared bikes but not created a safe-you know this. not telling anything you don't know but every time i see the people biking around trying to enjoy the city, it is a little bit frightening that they might end up riding on a very busy street with no helmet. how do we help guide people into a safe city wide network of streets where they can be and they can visit our wonderful city, which people want to continue to do and we need them to continue to want to do for economic recovery. i know i'm preaching to the choir but see the cases we have to keep in mind and keep planning for. if no further comments from directors, director hinze, nothing now? open to public comment. >> thank yo
