these are strategy that work well, for like treasure island. we want that same kind of program manager entity so that we make the best use of all all the investment in the area. and we don't forget about the cabs. we make sure that the efficient operations of these are not interfere with other modes of transportation. so we're working closely with the muni services and i'll be at the taxi meeting next week. so fast two, that was just a very timely review. there is so much more going on. so, now we have all these projects going on desk. we approached california trains and others. we want to find out for example, is this plan working if no, it doesn't work then we stop working on that. it's like a lot of projects ended up on the cutting room floor. that's not just one project but 3. i figure it will get smarter. we come up with what it takes to pit those elements in plays. by one project may have great value they may want to partner in ifth the eileen group. so would we structure a fair share allocation to a fraction of the cost. and you can see
