yourself. you are probably bewildered to be out. what was it like for you behind bars? >> for me, behind bars, the way i was treated.prison with a muslim population of 7%. i was separated from other prisoners. they took me out to play games with themselves. i was transferred to the prison with the largest muslim population in the u.k. i was put in solitary confinement. 2 months i could not see or speak to anybody. they used the argument that i was in danger. i was purposely taken there. if you think about what happened in this case, it took hours to prosecute and unlawfully imprison me and 2 months with the prisons moving me to prevent my legal visits and it was months before i had the opportunity to go before the judge. once the judge heard what happened in the trial in this kangaroo court, it took another 2 weeks before i was freed. it whole encounter, i lost nearly 40 pounds in prison. i had one piece of fruit a day. i was supposed to be in her majesty prison. i could not open my windows because i had excrement and spit through them. >> tucker: who was doing that? >> i was on the ground level. which it did not ha

treated unfairly. whatever the findings of the special counsel turn out to be. >> and dan, you look at this through the lens of yourself being a former prosecutor. how does a prosecutor, how might somebody in mueller's shoes look at donald trump's tweet this weekend? how would they read that? >> well, it depends. for one thing, it could be seen as what they call a false exculpatory statement or could be seen as suddenly communicating a message to witnesses out there, saying this is just opposition research. and that happens with some regularity. it's not that uncommon. you kind of ignore the rest of the equation, which is okay, fine, it's great to get opposition research when you're a candidate, but what about the part where these are foreign nationals and federal election law says you're not supposed to get something of value from a foreign national? good question. is this something of value? is dirt something of value? >> i think that's the other question, then, too. is there, from a legal standpoint, if mueller is taking a look at this, established now, it seems in the public record, was an intent or an openness to
