i'm happy to say for what we had prior to katrina treen. the systems were partially complete and despite a 12-foot surge, it performed as design. it will take time for people to realize the benefits of the system that's in place now, but it was due to floodplain walls, and we vamped the standards and put a lot of resiliency in there for a 500 year event so if they were topped again with a big enough storm, that system holds. back to the mississippi river flooding, that flooding is another resilient system. where an amount of water, the levees are overtopped and there's back waters that cannot drain out because of the amount of water. we're seeing the system is resill yept. we have our corp. of engineer folks out there 24 hours a day looking for seepage, anything that could be a vulnerable spot, and together with the local levee districts, local authorities, they do a flood fight to detect any vulnerable area with the water up there. this is a 24-hour a day operation. we do the best we can to minimize the effect to the public. >> host: flori
