but f but from that video, nbc's tremain lee explained an unidentified police officer knocking peopleo the ground. several arrests were made and protesters say that the pain and frustration here continues to be fuelled by ferguson's ability to release even the most basic and public information like when it took a week to release the name of darren wilson, the officer who shot and killed mike brown or waiting almost two weeks to release the police report. today, another piece of information. a required police account in the brown shooting doesn't even exist yet. the ferguson police department requires what's called a use of force report for all use of force incidents to include the pointing of weapons or weaponless, hand-to-hand control techniques. yahoo news recorded the report under public records laws and were told multiple times that that kind of list doesn't exist. >> the investigation is on going. it's thorough. my departure will not have any impact on the progress of that investigation. >> joining me now is national correspondent of msnbc. alderman, let me start with you. it wou
