how do you feel making this, announcing this decision and what message do you think it sends to the trinity that says they have had numerous members , young blacknity males killed by police with impunity. what does this message say to them? >> a much better message then you are sending. they are not being killed with impunity. whether they are young black man or young white men. we have young -- had young white men who have been killed with -- by police officers and we look at every one of them and hopefully learn from them and avoid being in that situation. whether it is a justified shooting. that is what has to go. other people need to make their voices heard and they need to address those issues. we are addressing those so we are in the situation again. >> there is no single law in the state of missouri that protects and values the life of this in man who unquestionably was shot and killed dead. what do you say to people who wonder, is there something wrong with the laws here that allows this to happen, that after this happens, says we just move on and this is justice, is this really jus
