. >>> let's go to trish hartman live on the scene on lincoln highway with the latest on this one, trish, what are you learning about this from investigators? >> reporter: well, gray, within the past 30 minutes or so, we learned police have a suspect in custody in connection with the deadly fire. that person has not been charged so police are not releasing that person's name. police and fire officials are on the scene investigating the cause of the suspicious fire and police tell me they will be here for the most of the day. investigators from the bucks county d.a.'s office and state police are here after one person was found dead inside the lincoln hotel overnights. crews were called around 2:30 a.m., they found thick black smoke coming from rooms 103, and 104. firefighters had the blaze under control at 3:00 a.m. they had to rescue three people from the rooms on the second floor. several people were taken to the hospital for smoke inhalation. no word on their conditions. but police say their injuries are not life threatening. >>> several witnesses said he was trapped in the room. >>> a

reporting from norristown, trish hartman for channel six "action news". >>> we are working to get more information after a woman was found dead inside an abandoned home in philadelphia's kensington section. the woman was found at 2:30 this afternoon on the 2900 block of rosefield street. police have not released details about the victim but they do say there were signs of the trauma to her head and neighbors tell "action news" that the abandoned property is a known drug house. it was in such decay that the detective wore hazmat suits as they investigated. >>> police are investigating the death of the woman found dead this morning on the street in society hill. at 2:30 police were called to south fifth street near lombard for an unresponsive woman. medics tried to revive her but she was pronounced dead at the scene this is at south street spring festival was taking place less than a block away. investigators say would the man was in her 50's but apart from that investigators have no information about her including the cause of her death. >>> former philadelphia police commissioner willi
