trish hartman is live now where the suspect appeared in court. >> reporter: rick, this morning a bucks county judge ordered bail lower to 10% of $250,000. down from the original bail of 10% of $1 million. her attorney says she has not yet made bail. she must abide by the original conditions, she must have no contact with the victims in this case or the co-defendants. she and her husband daniel are charged with endangering the welfare of a child after police say they gifted their daughter to lee kaplan after a falling out with the amish church that daughter is now 18 and has two children by kaplan s. 12 girls total were removed from kaplan's home last month, and is locked up on $1 million bail. investigators spent several days going through kaplan's home gathering evidence. and the attorney and the prosecution came to an agreement forbe the bail reduction her attorney still says it's too high. >> $250,000, is high for someone with no record. we are paying respect to the seriousness of the offense. >> she would have to post $25,000 to get out. that say substantial cash bail and i think s

trish hartman joins us with more on the death of gabriel lee, trish, what are we learning about this? >> reporter: there's many the questions surrounding gabriel lee's death. an autopsy is expected after he was found unresponsive in the north philadelphia firehouse. in the tweet, a great firefighter who at gave his all and great friend who always had his back, #dead -- dedication and service. black bunting is draped across the front of the building where lee was found yesterday evening. sources tell "action news" he was in his 40s and found in the gym in the basement during his shift after he responded to a fire earlier in the day. he was pronounced dead at temple university hospital. dozens of police and firefighters gathered outside in solidarity and stood at attention as lee's body was placed into a ambulance. officers of the are highway patrol escorted his body to the medical examiner's office. fire commissioner will be speaking at the fire administration building at 12:30, we hope to learn more information about this case. in the meantime, officials are saying that the investigat

. >> reporter: trish hartman is live with more. >> reporter: philadelphia fire department is mournings of gabe greeley -- gabriel lee who was working a night shift at the engine 50 firehouse yesterday a member of ladder company 12. fell firefighters waited outside temple university hospital lastt night, a sign of respect for their fallen co-worker, gabriel lee. they waited outside the door and saluted as his body was placed into a ambulance. a procession of firefighters and police escorted body to the medical examiner's office. lee responded to a fire earlier in the day and returned to the firehouse for his shift. he was found unresponsive in the basement of the firehouse. he was taken to temple university hospital where he was pronounced dead. firefighters embraced outside as they reported for their shifts. back here live an autopsy is expected to be perform. officials have not released any details on the circumstances of lee's death, saying it's an on going investigation. live in north philadelphia, trish hartman channel 6 "action news." >> thank you. >>> the moment philadelphia has

trish hartman joins us live with the more on the victim.the victim was in the worst condition they have ever seen. >> reporter: it was a gruesome scene they discovered all the victims in the three crimes were women and police hope the public might help them solve some of the violent crimes that happened overnight in the city. a gruesome beating death discovered in kensington around 11:30 p.m. police found a 35-year-old woman collapsed at east letterly and jasper street covered in before you had blood. detectives believe she was beaten with a board in a vacant lot on cumberland street and staggered down the street. medics pronounced her dead at the scene. her name was not been released. >>> 2:15 a.m., two women were hurt when gunshots were fired outside a bar in the 3300 ck of reid street. police say bullets hit a 26-year-old woman in the lane and 29-year-old woman suffered a graze wound to the leg. both women are in stable condition at the hospital of the university of pennsylvania. then at 3:00 a.m. in north philadelphia, a woman sitting o
