[applause]. >> good morning. so again, another round of thank yous, but thank you, mayor farrell, chief scott, commander lozar for making this a public service announcement. i would also like to thampg the d.a.'s office because we were awarded a neighborhood justice fund grant last year that helped us produce more of those materials. when park smart message was skeeved by the central station police community advisory board, it relied on cid, dic's, community organizations, all to put up the money to produce these materials and share them in their respective areas, however the goal was always to get this to be a citywide initiative and have it proliverate across the city. so for me, this is a great day. this psa is something that everyone can help do to help curb this issue. fisherman's wharf alone, we had 45,000 people a day that we're turning over, so just handing outpost cards with this message is not sustainab
